On this commemorative anniversary of the Attacks of September 11, 2001, learn how civilian response has changed and adapted to disasters including September 11th, Superstorm Sandy, and the hurricanes of 2017 in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico. World Cares Center (WCC) hosts a panel discussion on collaborative partnerships and ways we are working together to ensure community resilience. Panelists include leaders and representatives of community groups, government, educators, business, nonprofit organizations and media.

Better Together, from 2pm-5pm join a series of discussions by government representatives, community leaders, educators and nonprofit leaders highlighting key learnings and best practices in disaster preparedness and response

WCC’s Volunteer Appreciation from 6pm-9pm with free craft beer, snacks and lots of sharing. If you are a or have been a WCC volunteer this event is free for you! 21 & Older Please
