Ace of Spades Champagne Dinner in The Stanford White Studio at The Lambs Club

Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club at The Chatwal: Luxury Collection Hotel is hosting a dinner with the Cattier Family on Friday, November 9th in the unique and historic, The Stanford White Studio. The Cattier Family are the 13th generation winemakers behind Armand De Briganc “Ace of Spades” Champagne. For $200 per person, plus tax and gratuity, guests will be served a four course dinner created by Chef Geoffrey Zakarian and Chef Galen Zamara.

The courses include Fluke Crudo with Cucumber-Cointreau Gelée, Watermelon, Tomato, Pepper, Hazelnut, Halibut Wrapped in Swiss Chard with Kohlrabi, Cauliflower, Horseradish, Beet Marmalade, Dill, Pekin Duck Breast with Farro, Fennel, Bergamot, Brussels Sprouts as well as the Concord Grape Panna Cotta with Tarragon, Champagne, Hibiscus Meringue, Concord Sorbet. Each meal is deliciously paired with Armand De Briganc Ace of Spade classics including the Blanc de Blancs, Brut, Rosé and Demi Sec.
