Using ingredients and materials found in nature, Amy will be leading collaborative culinary experiences that will take you back to the earliest forms of cooking. Grace Huaijen Lin is a black belt martial arts instructor and wilderness chaser. She focuses on aligning the body and the mind and will be guiding you through a weekend of wellness through hiking, dynamic stretching, and meditation.
