In her career, Elaine was a Managing Director (partner) at a private equity firm and led merchant banking investments while an investment banker on Wall Street. She began her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. She holds an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
