Entre is hosting a special event geared toward FinTech in the startup community, an emerging industry that uses technology to improve activities in finance.

Our event brings together founders to discuss using technology to enable banking and financial services in their start-ups. Hear from the best in the business on why they chose to compete with traditional financial methods in the delivery of financial services. We welcome entrepreneurs of all types, start-ups of all sizes, industries, and stages to join us in finding the inspiration, resources, and friends that will make them successful.

Speakers:

Jim Preissler
Jim Preissler, is Founding Member, Managing Partner and Board Member of Trituarian Capital, which became the first non-ATS U.S. broker/dealer to receive FINRA approval for the sale of digital private placement securities using distributed ledger technology, also known as blockchain technology. Previously was the founder of trade.io, a leading crypto & FX exchange and advisory firm which raised $31 million.
Has more than 20 years of financial experience as a TMT and FinTech Equity Research Analyst, Startup Founder, Private Equity Investor and Investment Banker. Successfully led the NASDAQ listing of one FinTech company, and the NYSE purchase of another and has raised over $4 billion as an analyst and banker, $250 million for his own companies, and $31 million trade.io’s ICO. Has served as CEO, COO, CFO and have been on the Board of several public companies.
Extensive experience with hands-on quarterbacking the process of taking companies public through a variety of vehicles such as IPOs, STOs, direct listings, mergers with public companies, SPACs, and reverse mergers. Under my direct guidance companies have successfully achieved uplistings, such as NASDAQ Global. Expertise in the US and Greater China with expert knowledge in TMT, FinTech, Blockchain, Crypto, STOs/ICOs, Retail & Consumer, Casinos & Gaming, Clean & Renewable Energy, and Oil & Gas.

Katya Chupryna
Katya Chupryna is part of Citi’s SPRINT team (Spread Products Investment Technologies) which invests in fintech companies that provide strategic relevance and next-generation solutions to Credit Markets. Prior to this, Katya was Chief Strategy Officer at Thinknum, an alternative data fintech company. Katya was also part of a group that launched one of the first quantitative high-frequency-trading hedge funds in Fixed Income after starting her career as an FX trader at a bank. Katya is a graduate of Princeton University.

Rodrigo Suarez
Rodrigo Suarez is currently Principal of INV Fintech, a NY-based startup accelerator in partnership with Fiserv and over 15 financial institutions. Rodrigo has extensive experience supporting banks, credit unions, technology providers, and early-stage startups on strategy, product design, operations, and other aspects of financial innovation. Prior to joining INV Fintech he Co-founded Delos Advisors, an advisory firm catering to the financial services industry, and was a Senior Consultant at First Manhattan Consulting Group. Rodrigo has Masters and Bachelors degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
