XRC Labs (Retail & Consumer)

XRC Labs is an innovation accelerator for the next generation of disruptors in the retail and consumer goods sectors. A joint venture between Founding Sponsor organizations Kurt Salmon and the Parsons School of Design at the New School, we have created a first of its kind design-centric innovation ecosystem for the retail and consumer goods industries. XRC Labs is looking to build another stellar class of startups for Cohort 3, which kicks off on January 3, 2017. Applications are open until November 7 and we welcome your recommendations of startups who are innovating the retail and consumer goods sectors. Our program is being enhanced with more workshops and mentors. We are also extending the program to 14 weeks (from 10.) Apply here: http://bit.ly/2cAenFG

What We Do

Providing workspace on the campus of Parsons, access to capital, mentoring, and operational support to emerging companies in the retail and consumer goods industries, XRC Labs runs two 14 week programs each year bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, and sponsors to foster rapid innovation and unlock new opportunities in retail.

Our programs are hosted in Manhattan, the epicenter of retail and consumer goods, on the 5th Avenue campus of Parsons, recently named the #1 art and design school in the US and #2 in the world and a co-founder of XRC Labs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to foster companies and products that innovate the face of retail and consumer goods fulfillment in a rapidly changing marketplace using design thinking as a key driving process.

Our Vision

The XRC Labs vision is to be at the forefront of change, disrupting the conventional system of
