Account Executive



Overpass is looking for an energetic, motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate already has a few years of experience and a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.


  • Own the full sales cycle and reach / exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Build and manage your pipeline by qualifying inbound sales leads.
  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls and emails, social media, and networking.
  • Identify and reach key decision-makers to understand business goals and tailor solutions.
  • Create customized sales proposals for prospects.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and CEO to enhance sales processes.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent business experience).
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience required; experience in tech preferred, but not required.
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
  • Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset — you demonstrate drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
  • Strong time management / organizational skills.
  • High level of energy, self-motivation, drive, enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism.
