Overpass is looking for an energetic, motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate already has a few years of experience and a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
- Own the full sales cycle and reach / exceed monthly sales goals.
- Build and manage your pipeline by qualifying inbound sales leads.
- Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls and emails, social media, and networking.
- Identify and reach key decision-makers to understand business goals and tailor solutions.
- Create customized sales proposals for prospects.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and CEO to enhance sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent business experience).
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience required; experience in tech preferred, but not required.
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset — you demonstrate drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
- Strong time management / organizational skills.
- High level of energy, self-motivation, drive, enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism.
