Account Intern



The Account Intern plays an important and pivotal role within the Client Services team as their daily support is a crucial component in maintaining a smooth and orderly workflow within the studio. As such, the Account Intern will be adaptable, able to learn on the go, and aspire to gain an understanding of project management, our business, and our clients’ businesses.  


  • Support strategic endeavors from both a brainstorming and administrative perspective with the guidance of account team
  • Attending to the daily asks of the Client Service team and striving to anticipate needs or issues before they arise
  • Documenting discussions during meetings and conference calls, sending follow ups to internal teams
  • Champion Social Media Content Creation and Successfully Managing Channels
  • Developing Media Lists and Reach-Out
  • Assist with online research to support client projects and/or new business opportunities 
  • Develop timely/accurate reports, internal documents and client deliverables
  • Exhibit resourcefulness in collecting relevant data on client and marketplace
  • Drafting of project estimates and timelines
  • Learning how to enter information into agency project tracking/financial software
  • Organizing and maintaining Client Services server

  • Bachelor's degree (complete or in progress)
  • Strong interest in branding and design
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Keynote

DURATION: 4 Months (January 2018 - May 2018)

COMMITMENT: ~20-24 hours/week

LOCATION: We hope you don't mind working out of our Soho loft! (New York, NY)

PAY: Daily Stipend for Food & Transportation
