Title: Email Marketing & CRM Manager Location: New York, NY At GoReadyMade we believe that good food can be fast AND fresh. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion to join us in the marketing department and help us change the way people eat. We are a fast-growing startup based in NYC with big expansion plans. What will you do? ● Plan and implement multi-channel (email, direct mail, phone & co) communication journeys to onboard, engage, and retain users ● Craft high-conversion emails, pushes, and other marketing messages ● Formulate and execute the retention strategy of the brand by leveraging analytic tools and segmentation tactics ● Grow and improve the email channel through advanced targeting, a/b test, optimized creatives, cadence & co What will you have? ● 2+ years of working experience in email marketing, including building segments, triggers, writing copy, designing tests, and HTML production ● 2+ years of working in CRM, retention management or re-activation at a subscription focused company (e.g. Tellco) ● A blend of creative (e.g. copywriting) and analytical thought process Benefits We offer medical, dental, commuter benefits and a generous paid time off policy. Qualifications

● 2+ years of working experience in email marketing, including building segments, triggers, writing copy, designing tests, and HTML production ● 2+ years of working in CRM, retention management or re-activation at a subscription focused company (e.g. Tellco) ● A blend of creative (e.g. copywriting) and analytical thought process
