Growth Hacker



About your role

We are looking for a full-time Growth Hacker to help facilitate the continued success of the sales and marketing teams. This will involve improving the effectiveness of outbound lead generation through process innovation, reporting, and sales collateral development.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, is sensitive to messaging, thinks in terms of experiments, and has great communication skills.

In this role you will:

Lead an experimental approach to outbound lead generation with a focus on innovation and results
Help prioritize leads & enrichment activities
Work directly with sales managers and sales team to prioritise and design sales campaigns
Support sales team to set-up and execute sales campaigns
Help review and disseminate knowledge on sales tools to improve sales effectiveness
Share findings and strategies with Sales Specialists and Sales Directors
Identify and review trends and performance measured against sales targets and strategic initiatives
Develop content for on-boarding, training, scripts, and role-specific playbooks
Assist in customizing to meet changing business requirements
Develop reports and dashboards to drive leadership decisions

Experience Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot/Marketo...) and/or sequencing software (Salesloft, Outreach, etc.) Previous experience working with Salesforce Bachelor's degree in a numerate or business related field
