We’re building a community of beer enthusiasts who order fresh beer directly from local craft breweries to be delivered at home. At Hopsy we share a vision for a better future where great beer, the people who produce it and the customers who enjoy it are at the core. You will lead and build our growth marketing team, developing data-driven strategies to scale our business and set us up for long term success. You’ll be responsible for setting the direction of our acquisition marketing strategy, website conversion, testing roadmap, retention, and analytics. Grow Our Customer Base Launch, test and refine online and offline channels to grow revenue: Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Direct Mail, OOH, Email, Affiliates, Referral and others. Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels. Optimize planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics and scorecards to improve customer acquisition, retention and LTV. Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through testing (media, creative), and always identify new ideas to optimize CAC. Retain, Engage and Delight our Customers Identify key drivers of retention and LTV. Partner with the Customer Experience team to increase satisfaction and referrals. Increase Club memberships through upsell initiatives and increase purchases from non-members. Partner with the Brand team to develop engaging content and milestones. Partner with IT to develop customer dashboard and other initiatives to drive personalization and engagement.
