Retail Sales Associate




Snowe is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our pop-up store in NYC. This person will be a brand ambassador who will communicate passionately about the Snowe brand and provide our customers with an amazing in-store experience. The Retail Sales Associate will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to operate a profitable and service-minded shop. This is a temporary, 3 month engagement with the possibility of extension and the potential to grow into future opportunities with our brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Grow Snowe's brand awareness and adoption in local market through in-store sales, community cultivation and events, and brainstorming community involvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships and manage follow-ups as needed.
  • Ensure visual brand standards are maintained.
  • Interface with all levels of management and associates in a manner that promotes learning and respect.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Work as a team to hit sales goals and targets throughout the season.

Our dream candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thoroughly enjoys customer service!

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including blackout periods during holidays, overnights, and weekends (must have holiday and weekend availability).
