As a Sales Associate, you will sit on the Operations Team, handling new prospective customers as well as supporting our existing customer base. You will work closely with our Operations, Product, and Management teams to drive growth and systematize prospect-to-customer conversions. You will work directly with our customers, professional drivers in New York’s for-hire vehicle industry.
Successful candidates should be able to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and will have experience closing deals. Creative, ambitious candidates may have the opportunity to advance quickly within Sally's sales organization.
- Effectively sell Sally’s services to eligible prospects.
- Help organize incoming leads and engage with prospective customers via email, phone, and text as well as in person.
- Generate new rental transaction documents, such as rental contracts, vehicle and driver packages, etc.
- Generate motor vehicle reports through our insurance provider.
- Liaise with the vehicle team and assist with other areas within the Operations Team.
- Ensure a high level of customer retention and achieve a gold standard of customer satisfaction through the sales process.
- 2+ years of previous sales experience, including closing experience.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM platforms for sales and customer service (i.e. Kustomer, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) preferred.
- You're a natural on the phone!
- Detail- and systems-oriented.

- Relentlessly patient and willing to deal with customers at all times of the day.
