Amount raised:$12.5 million in equity as part of an unspecified round.Who invests: NewSpring Growth Capital, a private equity firm shop on companies based in the Mid-Atlantic region, led the investment. The Radnor, Pennsylvania-based firm manages over $1.5 billion in assets. As part of the transaction, NewSpring's Glenn Rieger will join ReviMedia’s board of directors.
