Avvir compares laser scans of constructions site to 3D models in order to identify construction errors, monitor progress, and keep those models up to date.

Overview
Avvir scans construction sites regularly using laser scanners. Our algorithm compares the scans to the building plans to measure progress, detect defects, and determine if progress is on schedule.
Most importantly, we can also automatically update the building plans based on changes in reality to provide our clients with a digital twin of their building.
We charge a small percentage of project value during construction and API fees after.
