Overview

CÃNA is an alcohol-tech startup with the mission to elevate aspects of Brazilian culture by connecting a diverse community through progressive thought and timeless elegance. Our first product: an ultra premium Brazilian Cachaça designed with an international audience in mind. Smooth taste and sweet nose is ideal for craft cocktails, or to be savored independently. It's also fully traceable on the blockchain. Consumption leads to point accrual.

Nick Walker

Nick is a two time founder and current CEO of CANA. His prior venture FLOW was a JV during Nick's experience as a consultant at Animal Ventures working on blockchain prototypes for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to AV he was a Management Associates at Bridgewater where he spent a year working with senior leadership. Nick holds a B.S. from Georgetown University.

Chief Design Officer

Guilherme Junqueira

Gui is a highly skilled designer with multiple years of experience in CPG and Fashion. He spent 4 years at an early stage food startup in Rio, and helped them scale 10x by overseeing new retail location design and creation of new product lines. Following this Gui spent 2 years developing gender neutral shoe collections for the "allbirds" of Brazil and 1 female collection for Mari Giudicelli, a NY-based Brazilian luxury brand.
