He is the team lead at, a global movement to deliver high-quality education to refugees, and is the creator of Exsul Education, an AI-driven app delivering free basic education that is currently being tested at the Kutupalong Rohingya Refugee Camp in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.

An attorney with expertise in blockchain, smart contracts, and cyber security, Cat leverages her unique skillset to help other attorneys understand new technologies and their applications. As a pioneer in smart-contract-based financial products, Cat is passionate about using blockchain to improve the lives of the 70.1% of the world that owns less than $10,000 in assets.

Kirk Enbysk

Kirk Enbysk is the Chief Content Officer at ExsulCoin, where he works on design, targeting, and forward-facing media. Previously, Kirk hosted a morning show for IHeartMedia, where he produced original content for the NBA, Toyota, and Crunch Fitness. He has innovated multiple approaches to music content discovery, and is singlehandedly responsible for building the video content infrastructure for iHeartMedia's Portland market.
