HappyNest is the first interactive savings and investment platform. We exist to provide investors of all sizes with a fun and engaging way to access high class alternative investments without breaking the bank. With only $10 and a smart phone our users are able to invest in quality real estate leased to some of the world’s most successful companies. We charge 0% broker commissions or investor fees.

Licensed real estate broker (NY). Proficiency with google analytics, google ads, SEMrush, website design, and basic programming with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Managing Director of HappyNest Advisors, LLC

Paul Trupia

Mr. Trupia focuses on single tenant net lease advisory, specializing in build to suit developments, 1031 Exchanges and creating value through lease restructures. Paul and Ed Breslin have closed over $300,000,000 nationally in the past three years. Paul's previous role with Massey Knakal specialized in the disposition and valuation of multi-family buildings, office buildings, development sites, and retail properties in New York City.

Ed Breslin

Mr. Breslin specializes in the acquisition of single-tenant net lease assets and regularly advises private clients, developers, and institutions throughout the United States. Ed has completed over 100 transactions valued at more than $400 million dollars throughout his career in acquisitions and investment sales. His previous roles include Lead Broker at Stan Johnson Company and Vice President of the Investments at RE/MAX Commercial.

Peter Romano

Peter has underwritten assets across all major asset classes including retail, office, multifamily, and student housing valued at more than $5 billion, and has managed 200+ student-housing units and previously worked for Canary Wharf Group in London. Peter will graduate with a dual M.S. in Real Estate & City and Regional Planning from Cornell University in May of 2019. Peter holds an MBA and BA in finance from Ithica College.
