Quick Pitch:

Overview

Healthify’s SaaS platform reduces costs, boosts patient-centered metrics, and improves case management for plans and providers whose patients suffer from unaddressed social determinants like food insecurity, unemployment, and substance abuse. Dealing with these risks is pressing since one-fifth of all Medicaid spending is linked to these risks, Medicaid coverage is expanding, and there is only one case manager for every 3,000 Medicaid patients.
