A combat decorated Marine Officer and Iraq veteran, CEO and Founder Zach Iscol served as the first officer in charge of Recruiting, Screening, Assessment, and Selection (RSAS) for US Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command. He also runs a non-profit, The Headstrong Project, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for a New American Security, is a Truman Fellow, and member of the 2013 Team USA for USA Triathlon.
