Overview

Landbrot , a new bakery and bar, has it´s roots in Swabia, a region of Germany. 2012 the first two locations have been opened in Manhatten. The concept combines an old fashioned bakery with all that the German baking history is famous for: pretzels, dark rye double crusted bread, tarts but also brats, sandwiches and of course beers and wines. This results in an unique concept with the potential becoming a strong brand.
