We provide a low-cost alternative to complex property management software for condos and smaller buildings.
We charge a flat rate fee of $50/month for our advanced feature set and provide basic features for free.
Since launch (August 2018) 734 buildings around the work use our software to manage board meetings, send messages to residents and store building related documents.
