RISE is a sustainable food technology startup that uses its patent-pending process to upcycle organic byproducts into healthy ingredients.
We collect and convert Brewers' Spent Grain (BSG) from local brewers into a tasty flour through our patent-pending process. Our product is safe, pasteurized and ready for immediate use. RISE partners with breweries, charging them to collect their BSG. We sell our flour to commercial bakers, chefs, and food manufacturers. The price RISE flour is $8 per pound—a very competitive for specialty flours, which range from $10-$18 per pound.
