We have an entire office space available in prime Meatpacking on Gansevoort Street. This is prime space for a growing startup that wants to be in a great neighborhood downtown. The office is steps to The Highline, Chelsea Market, Hudson River Park, and the Whitney Museum. Sweetgreen is on the ground floor. The approximately 2000 square foot space is currently set up to comfortably house a team of 14, in addition to a conference room, a telephone booth, kitchen area, bar area, and lounge area.

Must schedule conference rooms in advance.Keep your space and the kitchen clean.No smoking near the building.Keep the workspace, the bathroom, kitchen and public areas clean.Provide your own kitchen, cleaning and bathroom suppliesContract with insured cleaners and handymen through services such as Hanybook or Taskrabbit for general maintenance and cleaning beyond what Host may periodically provide.Remove your own trash. If you wish to leave your trash on the curb outside the building, you must make arrangements with a commercial carting company.Maintain a quiet work environment so as to not disturb other users and tenants of the building, particularly after-hours (floors below are residential).Be responsible for the security of your property.Lost key fobs or unreturned key fobs will incur a $50 fee.
