Join us on the top floor of a former printing house in TriBeCa that has been converted into a workspace for creative businesses: media, advertising, digital, fashion, design, and architecture. Our 8500 sq foot loft is set up for small businesses to plug in and get right to work. Additionally, the space offers the flexibility to easily expand and contract your business as needed. Come and enjoy a beautiful space with high ceilings; large windows views to the north, east and south; two huge skylights; and exposed brick. The large loft studio includes reception services, Wifi, 3 conference rooms, kitchen, copy services, restrooms with shower access, and bike storage all located in a doorman building. Located near Holland Tunnel and St. John Park, just a few blocks from the Hudson River in NYC. Close to plentiful public transportation, including subway lines 1, A, C, E, N and R, and your pick of food and drink venues, from breakfast bistros to steakhouses. The office is laid out to create an atmosphere that encourages collaboration within and between companies. The space in generally quiet and there are plenty of conference rooms to take private calls, plus a designated phone area is available outside of the studio for personal use. With a lot of space, three conference rooms with plasma screen televisions, and open reception area there is never the need to meet a client at a coffee shop again.
