Poncho, a NYC-based personalized weather-forecasting service fronted by the eponymous cat from Brooklyn, closed a $2m seed funding round.
The round was led by Lerer Hippeau Ventures with participation from Greycroft Partners, Comcast Ventures LP, Venture51 Capital Partners, RRE Ventures, betaworks, Broadway Video Ventures, Ore Ventures, David Shen, Gordon Crovitz, Craig Forman, and Jim Friedlich through NextNews Ventures.
