Boldstart Ventures, a NYC-based seed stage venture capital firm focused on enterprise tech, raised over $21m in the first close of its third fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 37 backers participated in the offering of Boldstart Ventures III L.P., which has a final target of $45m.
