When Great Kills resident Christopher Coscia went to Chicago for vacation last summer, he didn’t expect to find a business concept to bring back home. That was before he was introduced to the “Cycleboat,” a medium-sized watercraft powered solely by the peddling of its passengers. The summertime activity makes its debut in New York City waters May 3, 2019. “This is an entirely new thing for New York City,” said Coscia, a Staten Island Technical High School alumnus. "It combines exercise, socializing and sight seeing.”
