The long-awaited Yext IPO got off to a strong start Thursday as the price of the Manhattan company's shares surged more than 20% in its first day of trading.
Yext, which helps companies manage their online listings, had priced its shares at $11, above the expected $8 to $10 range, and sold 10.5 million shares to raise $115.5 million. They were trading at $13.74 Thursday morning.
