Standard Bots – $39M

Standard Bots, an AI-powered robotics startup, has raised $39M in Series B funding from investors that include led by General Catalyst. Founded by David Golden and Evan Beard in 2015, Standard Bots has now raised a total of $65M in reported equity funding.


Adaptive Real Estate – $19M

Adaptive Real Estate, a finance automation platform for the construction industry, has raised $19M in Series A funding from investors that include led by Emergence Capital. Founded by Francisco Enriquez, Henry Bradlow, and Matthew Calvano in 2021, Adaptive Real Estate has now raised a total of $26.3M in reported equity funding.


Perchwell – $17.7M

Perchwell, a data and workflow platform for the residential real estate industry, has raised $17.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $20M and there were thirteen investors in this close. Founded by Brendan Fairbanks in 2015, Perchwell has now raised a total of $32.7M in reported equity funding.

Shaped, an AI-powered recommendation and search platform, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Madrona. Founded by Daniel Camilleri, Shai Bruhis, and Tullie Murrell in 2021, Shaped has now raised a total of $10M in reported equity funding.
