By 2020 43% of the US workforce will be working on gig economy doing temp jobs. Alephants is building a platform to enable companies to get competent staff on-demand for skilled jobs. Staff on Alephants are vetted and classified for different job types (e.g.: Book keeping, Brand Ambassador, Warehouse worker, Admin Assistant). Companies don't need to worry about compliance or time keeping.
