Mr. Yu has over 25 years of principal transactions experience in global CRE. His career has covered all aspects of real estate investment and fund management at the institutional-level. His career in Investment Management includes senior roles at firms including AEW Capital, CBRE Investors, Starwood Capital Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors. In 2000, he was a founder and CEO of e247.com; he has an MLU from Harvard and a BS from UC Davis

Mr. Wasterlain has over 30 years of experience covering all aspects of real estate investment, financing and development. He was the CEO of ORIX Capital Markets, the US real estate and structured finance business of a large Japanese finance company, and Chief Investment Officer of NorthStar Realty Finance, a listed public REIT with a $20 billion portfolio of diversified real estate investments; he has an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Stanford.

Mr. Cane has practiced for over 20 years and specializes in representing start-up, early-stage and mature companies, and VC and private equity firms. He has considerable experience and clients in the equity crowdfunding space and is also a principal of Venice Capital Corp., a boutique VC and private equity firm; he has an MBA from USC, a JD from Loyola Marymount University and a BA from Cornell University.
