NIH and NSF grant recipient, Chemeleon created a platform technology for rapid, instrument-free, detection of chemical compounds in the field, obviating slow, complex and expensive lab analysis. Our sensor materials combine highly-selective molecular receptors with colorimetric nanomaterial reporters to provide autonomous and inert means of optically detecting hazardous chemicals in any environment, from clinical to third-world settings.
