FlyTimeMedia Inc. monetizes airport restrooms with a network of video screens that run paid ads and PSAs. Our network generates revenue through sales of ad spots that provide ad clients with exposure to a captive audience of millions of traveling consumers visiting the restrooms! Our unique elements of captive attention, gender targeting, exclusive placement and close proximity to purchase points provide a competitive edge for attracting ad dollars. We're contracted with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey - through a shared-revenue agreement - and are currently installing our pilot at Terminal B of Newark Int'l Airport. Partners have invested $185K. We are seeking investment of $400K to finish full installation at Newark Int'l Terminals A & C. We project annual revenue of $2.2 million per full airport installation. Added airports grow the audience, boosting the value of ad spots driving FTM revenue.
