Though I held an MBA from a Top-5 Bschool (Ross/Michigan) and was climbing the consulting ladder at firms like Accenture and Ernst & Young, I sought a more fulfilling challenge. Having launched a record label in the past, I decided to combine my business and music industry knowledge with my love for fitness. As Founder and Chief Motivation Officer at Motion Traxx, I motivate millions to exercise and to lead fitter, healthier lives.

I am a brand builder with expertise in helping companies grow their product and core brands with a background that includes operations, finance, branding, and investing. Most recently I was the Chief Operating Officer of Hard Candy Fitness, Madonna's gym, where I headed up the brand which we developed from a start up into a global luxury fitness brand during 2012.
