Peaceful will harvest, process and sell products to retail cannabis businesses and in turn use a percentage of profits to fund goodwill initiatives throughout the affected communities of New York State in 2021.
The total amount of funding for this round is $600,000 in a SAFE note. Peaceful will reach its break-even point within two years.
