Overview

Phase 1 Phitness is a personal training facility located in Manhattan, New York City. We design customized programs for clients based on their goals, and taking into account their biomechanical structure. We offer three different types of personal training services. •One-on-one personal training. •Semi-private training- which consists of three to four clients per one trainer. Group personal training- ranges from 10-12 clients per one trainer.
