Overview

My name is Andre, I represent team of scientists, entrepreneurs and tech innovators working on finalizing a proprietary, interactive artificial intelligence conversation system. A system that will allow companies to replace customer service employees with Intelligent Agents that can provide virtually automated cognitive customer chat conversations, personalized responses to email service requests and social media inquiries, while generating dynamic FAQs and distributing customer support traffic in real-time. We call ourselves Siwa, which means power, strength, vigor because we want to empower businesses to make the most of their relationships with customers while reducing overhead, supply and labor costs. Siwa is currently a team of four: two of us are established tech entrepreneurs, having just built a storefront startup into an international $20 million company with over 50 employees in less that four years; and two of us are scientists, with a combined three PhDs in mathematics and computer science, who have been an instrumental part of developing Google's DeepMind and IBM's Watson. I am reaching out because your company has backed similar ventures in the past, and I would appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate Siwa's potential for you and discuss any thoughts you have about how we can grow. Why Siwa? - The market for Intelligent Agents is projected to be valued at more than $3 billion dollars by the end of the decade, with an estimated CAGR of more than 30% between now and then. - Siwa is the only company that currently has working, proprietary, automated customer communications technology. - Siwa prioritizes the science behind interactive intelligence: expanding the market for automated customer communications technology will require minds capable making the ideas of tomorrow happen today. With founders whose professional experience includes developing Google's DeepMind and IBM's Watson (and who happen to consider studying Game Theory a hobby), we have innovation in our DNA. - Siwa's founders can draw on a large network of international human capital that remains untapped by current tech giants.
