Emily graduated from Oberlin College, where she founded the Recycled Products Co-op & a guerilla theater group, & earned a degree in Environmental Studies. She served three years as sustainability director at eco-friendly durable surfaces manufacturer IceStone. Her band created original music & videos that reached #1 on mtv.com & appeared in National Geographic. She's won Forbes 30 Under 30 & Hitachi Foundation's Young Entrepreneur Award.

Derek leads Grosvenor Capital Management's Customized Fund Investment Group’s (CFIG) co-investment team & the group’s emerging domestic managers practice, & is a Director at National Association of Investment Companies. He was Managing Director in CFIG of Credit Suisse, Managing Partner at Oncore Capital, founding partner of Provender Capital & partner at Cornerstone Equity. He received an MBA in Finance from NYU & a BA from American University.

Linda is President of Branch Brook Holdings, a partnership with Jefferson Capital Partners & UNFI to invest in natural consumer product companies. Prior, she was President of Applegate Farms. She held senior roles at Whole Foods Market, leading the company's private label group, & worked in brand management at Ocean Spray Cranberries. She serves on the Board at Frontier Natural Product Cooperative. She holds an AB degree from Harvard College.

Benton founded and leads Radicle Capital, a firm that invests in early stage social and environmental impact ventures.
