In honor of this delicious holiday, Junior’s is introducing a brand-new cheesecake flavor, Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake, being offered for $5 in restaurants from July 26th until July 30th. The cake will also be available online and in restaurants until the end of August!
To create the new Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake, Junior’s blends their World’s Most Fabulous Cheesecake with fresh strawberry puree to create a delicious strawberry cheesecake which is then sandwiched between layers of homemade yellow cake, strawberry preserves, and fresh whipped cream. The entire cake is hand frosted with buttercream and decorated with a strawberry buttercream border.
