“Nothing works better than just improving your product.” - Joel Spolsky, Co-founder of Stack Overflow and Trello
Startups have disrupted and innovated several industries in the past few years by building & designing products that engage and delight their users. But what goes into developing these delightful products? A good product needs good UX, and good UX comes from aligning product management and design. But first, there needs to be thoughtful considerations as to what the user wants and needs.
Companies that can perfect this balance between management, design, and thoughtfulness will have an easier time acquiring and retaining users.
So as an early-stage company, how should you be thinking about your product and how can you continue to make it better? What goes into product management and design?
We're excited to discuss this and more with product managers and designers from NYC, and other topics like
- Creating a good user experience
- Aligning development & design
- Setting goals and objectives
- Taking a product from idea to market
- Testing prototypes, designs, and more
- Roadmapping
- Designing a digital vs a physical product
... And much more!
