Oscar Health finds a new headquarters

Oscar Health will soon be a tenant at One Hudson Square. The New York-based insurance startup, co-founded by investor Joshua Kushner, is moving out of its base at the Puck Building in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood and relocating its headquarters to the Gensler-designed office by the first quarter of 2019.

According to the Commercial Observer, the healthcare startup outgrew 295 Lafayette St. and signed a lease for the entire fifth floor at One Hudson Square — nearly twice the size of the Puck Building location.

One Hudson has an alternate address of 75 Varick St..

“One Hudson is the perfect building for Oscar Health to grow — a 77,000-square-foot full floor is hard to find, and its location in a thriving submarket makes it a great match for the Oscar brand,” Newmark Knight Frank‘s David Falk, who along with NKF’s Jason Greenstein represented Oscar in the deal, said in a prepared statement.
