Overview

CariCorps (pronounced: Cari-Core) is a highly selective leadership fellowship for young professionals on Wall Street who are passionate about corporate sustainability and inclusive financial innovation. Our proprietary mindfulness training program integrates proven techniques from the fields of sports psychology and behavioral neuroscience. Revenue will be generated from our training program and recruiting fees.

Founder and CEO

Rhoden Monrose

Rhoden is the founder and CEO of CariCorps. A former derivatives trader at Citigroup, he started CariCorps with the belief that business professionals have the capacity and responsibility to both do well and do good. Rhoden has been featured in the Huffington Post "8 Millenials Who Ditched the Corporate World for Social Good" and NPR "Confessions of an Over-Caffeinated Trader." He graduated Trinity College with a bachelor's degree in economics.

Chief Positivity Officer

Frank Cefalo

Franco is the Chief Positivity Officer (CPO), leading the Mindfulness portion of the program. With a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a student of Mindfully Based Stress Reduction, Franco is directing a practice of managing stressful work-life environments that is self-reflective, inspires awareness and promotes balanced emotional states. Franco has a Bachelor of Business Administration from UMass Amherst.

Chief Strategy Officer

Briggs Fraser

Briggs is the Chief Strategy Officer at CariCorps responsible for business development. He started his career in Institutional Equity Sales for French bank Societe Generale and Swiss based Bank am Bellevue. He began to teach ESL at the Lenox Hill Neighborhood Hous, which drew him to CariCorps' mission. Briggs is also on the New York Young Professionals Committee for Teach for America and a graduate of Trinity College.
