With the potential for 40,000 plus customers per day, we will offer specialty coffee drinks, smoothies, sweets and food. Serving both working and student body demographics, the cafe will sit between Cortland, NY and Ithaca, NY. The company will be set up as an LLC with Kymm Devlen being the sole proprietor. Brett MacHenry will be General Manager. Between them is 20 plus years experience in the food and beverage industry.
