She has held several senior leadership positions at DIANON Systems, Laboratory Corporation of America, DiagnoCure and most recently Principal of MOMENTUM Consulting.

Ms. Steier is a healthcare Business Development executive with over 20 years of Investment Banking experience. Expertise primarily in public offerings, private placements, financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions with extensive transaction experience across the healthcare/life science and healthcare IT sectors. Most recently, Ms. Steier was a Managing Director with Morgan Joseph TriArtisan.

Dr. Gleicher founded the Center for Human Reproduction (CHR) in 1981 and is a worldwide thought leader in the infertility field.
