Overview

TAU is a private equity firm established to generate above-market returns by investing in and upgrading the world’s low-tech supply chains. TAU invests fresh capital into local manufacturers to upgrade them to become the factories of the future: bigger, better, faster, cleaner, and fairer. TAU’s goal is to deliver commercial returns to investors AND demonstrable positive impact on workers and the environment. While many impact funds target smaller enterprises and rarely get to scale, TAU believes a market-oriented approach will create the greatest impact while achieving true scale. Beginning with the garment and textile industry in South and Southeast Asia, TAU targets companies with 5,000+ workers with huge potential for expansion and improvements in operational efficiency, social impact, and environmental performance. With the aim to impact over 1 million lives, TAU’s reach extends well beyond the factory wall. TAU has allocated a $20M portion of its Fund I friends and family offering to Toniic members, to increase its base of impact investors. TAU's friends and family investors may participate on par with LPs at a significantly lower minimum investment. **Available only to Qualified Purchasers as defined by the U.S. Securities Act
