Sales Development Executive



We’re looking for a Sales Development Executive to develop our presence and sell our SAAS solutions across the Financial Services & Fintech sector. You’ll be working with our clients closely to solve their real-life business problems and fight financial crime on a global scale. It’s an entrepreneurial, high-energy, fast-paced environment and we’ll give you the support and training you need to thrive.

After securing Series A in a funding round led by Balderton Capital, and tripling our revenue each year, we are now scaling the business deeper into our core sectors, into new industries and into international markets

The role

What you will do:

Generate leads using the latest techniques and tools, including leveraging marketing content via social media channels, attending marketing events and generating referrals

Engage with senior decision makers in financial services companies (and others), educate them on our value proposition and qualify the potential opportunity

Map out target companies and individuals for prospecting; deliver tailored and impactful verbal or written message to secure meetings and qualify opportunities

Design and implement lead generation campaigns into diverse industries and geographies and for high profile industry events
Manage and prioritize data, campaigns, events and client meetings as well as internal stakeholders
Contribute towards training materials and support on-boarding training for future employees as the company expands


The ideal candidate We’re looking for a smart, ambitious and motivated individual that doesn’t take themselves too seriously, to join our team of high achievers. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with at least 6 months experience of generating new business within a corporate B2B sales environment. This experience should be complimented by proven results in a variety of lead generation methodologies, such as email, calling, social media and events. You must be a passionate self-starter that is able to execute independently and in collaboration with others. The successful person will have a keen commercial instinct to determine which opportunities to prioritize and will have excellent communication and influential skills. We are looking for someone with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to business development, who is willing to try new things, embrace change and learn from mistakes. It is a collaborative environment so being a transparent team player with a high level of integrity is paramount. The successful candidate will also be hungry to develop their skills and take on more responsibilities quickly.
